Shipping Carriers
We use third-party carriers to deliver orders. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, HUSTLPRFM LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
HUSTLPRFM LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.hustlprfm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
