Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return request policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return request, please contact us at info.hustlprfm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Supplements

  • Personal-use apparel (leggings, shorts, sports bras)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable or intimate items.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once an approved return is reviewed, you will be notified of the refund decision.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
